The Journaling Club Annual Membership is non-refundable and does not auto-renew.

The Lux Linen Journals Return Policy 

Unless the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent, all orders are final and non-refundable.

If you receive the wrong order or a damaged item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at support@thejournalingclub.com with these issues. 

All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee per item and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returned items must be in resalable condition. Damaged, opened, or used merchandise will not qualify for a refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card are refundable (credited back to the gift card) if they meet the return policy above. Gift card value not redeemable for cash. 

The Return Process

First we’ll make sure your order qualifies for a return.

  5. Image of the item in the consition it was received:

Once approved, we’ll provide shipping information and instructions needed to process your return. 

Once we received, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days of its arrival and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Shipping 

You'll be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours.

For expedited shipping please allow 3-4 business days from the date of your order.

For ground shipping please allow 5-7 business days from the date of your order.

For international shipping please allow 3-4 business days from the date of your order.
